Cutting out simple forms and ideas into a flat sheet of paper, we will collaborate on design and pattern to build a large piece. Landscape and creatures will emerge, a scene and a story will take shape. We will learn how to combine the cutting of larger shapes with delicate marks in addition to including pops of color using embroidery. No experience necessary except some basic skills of cutting paper with exacto knife and threading a needle.
